LESOTHO - AFRICA

Feedback from Lesotho:

This is a PRELIMINARY GLOBAL DAY OF PRAYER REPORT FOR LESOTHO.

In the Capital of Lesotho Maseru, we had a blessed and wonderful time of Unified Repentance and Prayer. We experienced the presence of God in a very special way when around 1,500 believers joined together to seek the face of God, Colorful in their denominational uniforms. In the welcome remarks we were reminded that it is 'ALL ABOUT JESUS' AND WHAT HE ACCOMPLISHED AT CALVARY, that we can stand together in unity to Repent and cry to our Heavenly Father in accordance with His Word 2 Chronicles 7:14.
The message of the day that ushered into a time of Prayer was based on 2 Chronicles 7:12-16. The Servant of God
was used mightily to challenge us, because verse 12 says " The LORD appeared to him that night and said:
"I have heard your Prayer ..." The challenge was “When to the Nation Lesotho will the LORD say: "I heard your Prayer".
 The Prayer Leader read Hebrews 11:6 and we then moved into intensive time of Prayer with tears and groaning. It was awesome.

The attendance of Church leaders was beyond what we have experienced before. Two Cabinet Ministers attended and one of them passionately presented the problems facing the Nation and prayed with emphasis on peace and love. Prayers for various needs for the Nation and for Africa and Israel were presented.

Prayers for the World were presented by a wide representation of different denominations and Christian organizations.

As indicated above, this is a Preliminary Report. Reports on what happened in the districts are still being collected.

But all in all this was the most blessed Global Day of Prayer we have ever had. We believe this happened because from the onset, the cry was "For the HOLY SPIRIT to take full control of all the processes in the preparations.
TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY. IT IS ALL ABOUT JESUS.
