Dear friends,

By the grace of God, from 6th till 9th of September together with Mikhail Kuznetsov and Olga Golikova I participated at the fourth Prayer Conference in the South Russia, which include the Republics on the North of the Black Sea and the Caucasus Republics.

Bishops and pastors, brothers and sisters from over 40 locations, attended this Conference. The Conference took place at the Salvation Army headquarter in Rostov (a city of over 1 million inhabitants, situated on the banks of the Don River).

The outstanding preparation for this extraordinary spiritual event was again impregnated by the hospitability and worm welcome of the Russian brothers and sisters.

I was very pleasant surprised by the level of the spiritual maturity of the evangelical leaders and their willingness to support the prayer movement in this huge region of Russia. Almost all the bishops of the various denominations attended the first day of the Conference, deciding in full agreement to support Pastor Vladimir Khvalov as the Regional coordinator.

Was unusual to decide in the first day about strategy and who will be in charge. But this is explained by the strong decision to act according with God?s will, all the participants considering that this is a time of revival for the Russian nation.

The spiritual maturity was manifesting in all the moments: worship, seeking God?s Face, resting in His presence, calling for the manifestation of His Glory in our midst, uniting in Spirit and receiving the cleansing of our hearts and minds.

The repentance and the desire of all the participants to renounce at everything that separated us from the Lord, was followed by a special spiritual walk, under the leading of the Holy Spirit, in the Holy of Holies in Heavenly Places. Like Apostle Paul in the past we asked for openness of our spiritual eyes, our deepest desire being to see the Lord.

The answer of the Lord was the manifestation of His presence in us as a corporate body. For hours we have been in His very presence, healed, transformed.

New understandings and new commitments have been taken by some 200 brothers and sisters. They decided to stand in the gap for the Russian nation. Apart of the commitment to become the watchman of their nation the participants decided to make unceasing intercession for the nations of our world and for Israel.

The global perspective of the prayer movement at this momentum and the vision of the End Times Church welcoming the Lord (500 millions Watchman being prepared and preparing the return of the Lord in unceasing intercession) were well understood through the Global Day of Prayer Report (the video for 2005 and information for 2006).

The Communion at the Lord?s Table was the highlight of the conference. His presence was manifested in healings and deliverance for many.

Vladimir Khvalov is the senior pastor of a large Pentecostal Church in Rostov. Father of 8 children and 2 grandchildren he was waiting for this new season for Russian, and prayed for long time to see what happened during the last days in his region. He is fully committed to obey the Holy Spirit and to work for the development of the prayer network. He is a prophet with high discernment and wisdom from God and he is very much respected by other leaders in this part of the world.

How wonderful is to see the work of the Lord who is raising His Watchman Army in Russia!

Please pray for the provisions of God to be released in these times for our brothers and sisters in Russia, and as well for all the Central East part of Europe.

We are at the edge of revival which is coming from East.
