God has blessed the country through the calling of GDOP. It stared only three years ago and two thirds of the country has already engaged in the vision.

There is openness and a hunger to pray and GDOP is helping to fulfill it. In 2008 every single state of the country had a prayer meeting where the church leaders came together for a day of repentance and prayer.

The 10 days of prayer took place in many cities. In many cities they set a day where one or more churches were responsible for the 24 hours of prayer. We had a model at the web site and leaders could find some examples on how to do it.

The Ninety Days is been done in different ways:

In Brasilia they collected 660 food packages and gave away to 66 schools in the district with the presence of the vice-governor that received it in person. Then leaders prayed for him and for the government.

In some other places, the focus was on needy and street children. They collected clothes and also some food to give away through a national ministry.

Children also took part leading a time of prayer in many gatherings and in Brasilia.  The leader of the National Net of Children in Prayer along with Ana Paula Valadão led a great time with the children.

We are so thankful that the vision is increasing every year and this is a great blessing to us and to our country.

4. 3 Christian magazines printed articles about GDOP and they mailed 90,000 magazines to their readers.
5. Christian Radio and TV had programs on the GDOP – one of which was done by Genesis channel.
6. One secular TV program interviewed Ana Maria on the GDOP.
7. There were gatherings of thousands of people in places in Brasilia and in the southern part of the country and thousands of small ones from 15 to 300 hundred.
8. 80 000 Bookmarks were printed

In Araguari we prayed together as a Body of Christ. The local council of pastor supported the vision. We prayed three times a day: 06:30 am - 14:30 pm and 18:30 pm. On the Day of Pentecost we awoke up earlier and prayed walked over 7 boroughs of our town.
The same miracles that happened at the Pentecost Day happened again amongst us. Non Christians came to us  and asked to be saved and there was reconciliation between brothers and sisters. Praise the Lord. Wonderful.

We are from a rural area and we prayed along with the world. The power of God was so vibrant and strong that we could almost touch it. This is the result of seeking Him these days in unity. Praise the Lord.

In the Capital of Brazil - Brasilia - Federal District - Centre West

The main office for GDOP was there. God put together the gathering and it was supported by the 3 local councils of pastors and surroundings. The vice-governor’s wife is a Christian and she asked the governor to support and to sponsor the GDOP locally and they did. They fell in love with the vision and invested over 45,000 USD.
About 12,000 people prayed from 8:00 am till 10:00 pm. Ana Paula Valadao and team lead a time of prayer for the children along with Arlety Calemy the leader of the National Prayer Net for Children in Intercession and a time of worship at late evening.
There was a prayer room at the stadium that prayed non stop and every hour was taken by a local church and the power and presence of the Lord in there was amazing.
They also collected 660 food packs to give away to local and need schools and 66 schools were part of it.
The over all picture of what the Lord has done was just a great blessing with everything provided by God Himself.
